I am a user experience designer with over ten years experience designing human-centred services.

Within the UX spectrum, I currently specialise in service design. In my current role I regularly fulfil the role of content and interaction designer in project teams. I have experience co-ordinating and leading user research.

I started my career in the heritage sector, delivering digital transformation and user services in museums and archives. In 2022 I joined Defra Group as a service designer. In 2023 I was seconded to the Prime Ministers Delivery Unit. There I established user experience design in the team, delivering high priority, user-focused products at pace. I’m currently working as lead service designer on a citizen-facing service focused on supporting UK trade post-Brexit.
